How to find your ring size
Method 1: Print & Measure
Print the template at 100% scale (check your print settings say "actual size"). Wrap the paper strip around your finger and mark where it overlaps.

Take a ring that fits the correct finger. Measure the inner diameter in millimetres with a ruler and find your size in the table below.

Tip: measure in the evening — fingers are slightly larger by end of day.
Bracelet size
Wrap a measuring tape around your wrist. Add 1–2 cm for a classic fit or 2–3 cm for a loose bracelet.
